The Sales team of Professional Radiology Solutions recently attended the annual 2012 NC Chiropractic meeting at the Grove Park Inn located in Asheville, NC. The weekend was an opportunity for the sales and management team of Professional Radiology Solutions of the Southeast to introduce the Konica Sigma 25 and Konica Sigma 45 CR units. These systems offer the same quality and reliability that more robust Konica systems have however, they are more compact. Presbyterian Orthopedic Hospital in Charlotte, North Carolina has recently chosen to upgrade their GE portable from analog to digital with the Konica Aero DR system, which is adaptable to GE, Siemens, Shamatzu and Philips portable systems.
Piedmont Orthopedic, a 17 physician practice with two locations located in Greenville, South Carolina purchased two Konica CR systems along with two Konica Aero DR systems. Nicki Cummins, Director of Radiology spearheaded the due diligence process of evaluating CR and DR systems for a 36 month period. Nicki and her team reviewed all major manufactures of CR’s and DR’s in the market and, after many site visits and research, it was determined that Konica Minolta met and exceeded their orthopedic needs and expectations.
